Arbus and the Costa Verde

Wild and breathtaking, this is the impact of the landscape when you reach the West Coast from Arbus. The drive towards the 47 km long coast goes through the mountains or, depending on the season, along green or okra yellow fields where you for miles not a house and not a person meet. All of a sudden appears the sandy desert with the golden dunes and the blue turquoise sea of Torre dei Corsari. The charm of the Costa Verde is a mix of vast beaches and dramatic cliffs, high dunes and sand desert. A new wedding destination in the south west of the Island, in a pristine and isolated coast far away from the busy life, with postcards sunsets among the most beautiful on the Mediterranean Sea.

Torre di Barì
The Ogliastra region, on the east-coast of Sardinia, is an enchanting territory enclosed between high mountains like the Gennargentu massif and the turquoise blue-to-green waters of the Tyrrhenian sea. This is the region where the scenic mountains are a veritable natural monument like Perda Liana, the high cliffs overlooking the sea are of different colours and unique shapes like the red rocks of Arbatax or Pedra Longa, the beaches are wide but non crowded and the part of the island whit longstanding traditions and an excellent food. We have chosen the 8km long beach, dominated by the 13m high tower of Barì built by the Aragonese in 1572. The tower divides the beach in two strips, to the north the mari de is ominis, to the south the mari de is femina, according to ancient unwritten rules when women and men went to separate beaches. You can choose to marry with a legal ceremony in this magical place.
